Terms of use
In short: you may read and use this website for information about FAMICA. The figures in the product frames and the live replay are illustrative. The FAMICA service is supplied under a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over this page.
1. Who these terms are between
This website at famica.prigox.com is operated by Prigo X Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (company registration 202601013522), Cyberjaya, Malaysia (“Prigo X”, “we”). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
2. What the website is for
The website describes FAMICA and lets you ask us for a site survey. It is information, not an offer. Nothing on it is a quotation, a specification or a promise of performance for any particular building; those come from the survey and the written agreement that follows it.
3. Illustrative data
Readings, alerts, buildings, camera events and timings shown in the product frames, the live replay and any demonstration account are synthetic and are marked illustrative. They show how the product behaves; they are not records of any real site, client or incident. Device enclosures shown are indicative of production form factor.
4. The FAMICA service
Access to the FAMICA platform is granted by a client under a service agreement with Prigo X. That agreement, not this page, governs the service: availability, data handling, fees, liability and everything else. Where these terms and a service agreement differ, the agreement applies. If you have been given an account, you must keep your credentials to yourself, use the platform only for the client who authorised you, and not attempt to view data belonging to any other tenant.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain access to any part of the website or platform you have not been authorised to use.
- Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site without our written permission.
- Do not submit the site-survey form with false details, in bulk, or by automated means.
- Do not copy the website or its content for a competing product or service.
6. Intellectual property
The website, its text, graphics, product renders and the FAMICA name and mark belong to Prigo X. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of FAMICA. Dahua, Hikvision and Uniview are trademarks of their respective owners; FAMICA is an independent platform and is not affiliated with any camera manufacturer.
7. Privacy
How we handle what you submit through the website is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. No warranty for the website
The website is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the website's content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Links to other sites
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. A service agreement may name a different law and forum for the service itself.
